What a scum bag! Notice how he says he wants a paper trail, but he clarifies he wants the machine to basically print a receipt. So apparently he thinks the machines can be hacked, but if they print a receipt that somehow makes the numbers legit again?

The entire method and way they are cheating now, specifically, would NOT get caught by the safe guards he is promoting. He's in on the scam, no doubt in my mind.
