I can see city dwellers who care more about showing off their new EVs to friends, as they sit in the parking lot for hours charging, being fine with the whole problem that fully electric vehicles represents.
But for truck owners who want to load up and get sh!t done? They don't have time or desire to sit around and wait for charges all day long.
you are spot on MAGA, not one person in my area can afford to have their trucks sitting around charging all day. in my area, we use our trucks for everything. beat all to hell but run, run, run they do!
The American pickup truck is truly one of the best universal vehicles ever conceived. They can WORK hard and PLAY hard. But, only if they can move! Sitting at a charging station defeats the whole purpose!
Oh, and try trailering cross-country with an electric vehicle. Not going to happen.
Great examples of each!
I am thinking this is an Edsel problem.
