That was the inspiration. When I heard that Potus had just christened the governor of California as "New Scum".... I had to go with it.

At first I just had old scum new scum. Biden and newscum, but then I though, hey, one fish two fish red fish blue fish.

I don't know how recognizable it is, but each portrait is merged with a photo of scum.
