I wonder if Catherine’s illness is the result of some sort of attack on her? It reminds me of Melanias sudden illness (kidney surgery iirc?) and there was chatter she’d been poisoned?

I had the same thought. I think somebody got to Melania and may have gotten to Kate as well. "Watch the wives..."
