I personally bought it. It isn't on the shelves. You ask the pharmacist. They made the capsules for your weight. About $60 for 30 capsules. You only take one because it is by your weight.

I live in PA and want to TN last year.

Village Pharmacy is where I believe I got it. Only the small pharmacies do it.

Ask TNBanjoMan he will tell you which ones.
