I would assume that the Cardones know what they are doing. This is Grant Cardone's wife. He is a very wealthy entrepreneur who has recently stated that he is cancelling putting his very large business in NYC. He is also the guy who fought to get us the 'right' to use our cell phones on airplanes. Remember when we were told that our cell signal could cause the avionics to go out and crash the plane? Ya, he's the one who stopped that nonsense.
