In all fairness, yes deathrays can slide to conspiracies… But Q has potentially discussed this. Many posts referencing OWL’s…. And Q stressing multiple meanings..

Owl stands for Orbital Weapons Loadout, and is a technology US mil possesses… it is possible the deathray is something that could/should be researched on these boards as it can pertain to what we all are researching.
