Waiting to see that every state will have more votes cast than the number of registered voter s. If the excuse is nonregistered citizens have voted I will lose what's left of my patience.

Why Doesn't This Make Sense To Me? The EAC 2020 EAVS Report To Congress Says on Page 1, "Slightly More Than 43% Voted Via Mail...30.6% Voted In Person Before Election Day...30.5% Voted In Person On Election Day.". Me: 43+30.6+30.5 = 104.1%. Huh?
