Wish I could but all my devices and IP are banned, idk how they can tell it's me even on a public wifi I cannot use it.

Would need a whole new laptop / phone most likely. Very damn irritating

Your browser can pass on all kinds of information about itself and your computer to interested parties. Some, for instance, look at the fonts you have installed so if you are the only person in your county with a "28 Days Later" font installed then they know it is you!
