She said she wants us all to rise up and do what she's doing but if she has privileged access to the guys in the white vans that we don't have then we can't do what she's doing.

She said she's putting together a tutorial so hopefully there will be some clearer explanation.

I thought she just didn't understand what he was asking but I didn't consider that she was avoiding it on purpose.
