0% chance. Elon was born in South Africa, later acquired Canadian citizenship, and only in 2002 did he acquire American citizenship.
He is Constitutionally ineligible to be in a position where he could become President.
Even Q doesn't have the power to flaunt the Constitution.
Recent examples of non eligible people in office would be Sucking your way up Obama and Heels up Harris.
