I just love the way they pass a law passing a law that is constitutional. They should be unpassing any laws that were not constitutional.
"Laws" need a massive clean-up.
I think when Trump is back in, he's going to make Constitutional Carry a Federal thing. Every state recognizes out of state drivers licenses so they should do so for carry.

When you get the right that was not theirs to take away exercise it.
Get yourself a good CC holster and a good CC gun, and never go unarmed. We are coming to a time when patriots being armed may save a lot of lives. You can bet your ass their invaders are going to be well armed.
At the very least a pistol can get you out of harms way, and get you back to a rifle in your vehicle, and folks should really start thinking about having a rifle and plenty of ammunition concealed in their vehicle at all times.
Handgun is the gun that allows you time to get to your long gun.
...and PRACTICE. Going to a range may feel inconvenient, absolutely there's a cost, but being with people who know a LOT about the care and operation of arms is very helpful. Getting to know your like-minded pedes is handy too.
Beyond range time join USCCA or any of the other competition groups. The practice at a match is amazing. Most ranges don’t allow draw from concealment and shooting while moving. Which is real life. Matches allow this, amazing practice and makes you understand the shortfalls of your gear and abilities.
And it’s a big crapload of fun. And the likeminded people are inspirational.
Agreed. I forgot, I had a colleague into that stuff, sounded great but he left and we never went together. I've been satisfying myself with airsoft and laser tag, but there's a recklessness that gets into you.
Look it up. There could be a match near you. Usually monthly. International Defensive Pistol Association.

Crap, I'd hope so!!! Seriously, this sounds highly practical and useful. Bad guys don't stand still in the open with big red circles on their chests.
And beyond the practicality and training side, it’s a crap load of fun. Stages are created by anyone wanting to contribute. They’re real world scenarios like store robberies, home invasions, etc. incorporating good and bad guy targets so the shooter has to make shoot/no shoot decisions. Sometimes with moving targets. Definitely look up the match near you. First match is free. Then $20ish and less if you help set up and tear down. There’s a 30 minute safety class the first time you attend.
Both the House and Senate have been working to draw the Bill and it has finally reached a culmination. It has passed the House and expected to pass the Senate today. Governor McMaster has said he will sign it as soon as it passes.
Can we get a group of these armed patriots to surround my state of Illinois to remove the Governor and for that matter all of crook county? Rhetorical question, right?
