He does get vitamins though probably not enough...his multiple strokes left multiple problems, including dietary aversions...I've offered a vitamin and he refuses bc "too many pills already" and he gets very testy. But he does love v8 so I try to sneak that in under the umbrella of 'better-than-none'.
Back when he turned type 2...prolly 6 years or so ago...we were juicing. Green drink. Lots of vitamins in that. But his stomach started fighting back...it's a ton of roughage. So I doubt he'll do that again lol but I just try to sneak it into what food he'll eat

Fenben or Ivermectin can help calm his gut problems. Plus you can discretely mix those small doses into his food with minimal detection.
My wife completely reversed her diabetes with a drastic diet change, but I see how he has multiple issues to work on. It must be overwhelming for you. 😞
