The USA Today one is similar to this line in the Simpsons episode "Bart to the Future"

Every President gets three secret murders. If you don't use them by the end of your term, they're gone.

And there is also this line, spoken by Lisa, when she is giving an oval office speech announcing her "refund adjustment" aka massive tax hike:

My Fellow Americans and voting illegal aliens.

Keep in mind, this is the same episode that predicted a Trump Presidency.
