A United Airlines flight from Texas to Florida had to be turned around due to an engine fire that was caught on camera, the airline confirmed.

It's amazing how many air accidents are caused by simple errors....didn't press the button to turn the cabin air on...oops. Engine on fire? Are you sure you shut down the right one....oops..

Just watched this episode of Mentour Pilot where the 737 pilots didn't talk to the cabin crew about which engine was on fire and they shut down the working one. Crashed.
