The shots started in early '21. They were initially only given to those considered most at risk. So realistically, for many, it's not even been three years yet and the projection was in 3 - 5 years. Also, many deaths are probably hidden by reporting something else as the cause. Obviously, I wish everyone well and hope they are not as effective at killing people as some would have us believe. But it's early days yet, so hard to know for certain.
