Lawfare has long been a tool. Corporations are but a creation of a religious group seeking to control buildings and land without owning it. Much as forcing the vax & masks was for people.

So your suggestion to to play the crooked game of those who control "us" ?

You can't win a crooked game. Unless the game is cleaned up first. Or you must start / restart a clean game.

They don’t seem to have the same power in common law that they have in statutory law.

There have been cases where they rest their authority on “it’s the law because I said so!”
