Wouldn't that be great if she got that money and started spending it and then he won the appeal and she has to give it back but can't then she goes to jail!

He has to post bond or escrow the funds. . .or some combination of cash and bond guarantee. It does not get into her hands until the appeal is lost; if appeal won it goes back to Trump.

it goes to an escrow i believe. if he looses the appeal, then she gets the money. but if she looses, he gets his money back. Logically speaking, if he hands her $80 million, and she goes and spends it all, then a week later Trump wins the appeal, what happens, "to bad so sad",There has to be some kind of buffer where she cant touch it.
