These people are trained from birth to keep one appearance on for the cameras and another for in private. Keeping a poker face is as natural as breathing for them.

It would take a lot to crack those "masks". Like you said the Bushes just weren't as good as it as the others, but Hillary's eyes were boiling with rage even as she kept up her mask.
