not to downplay this but has anyone thought about or discussed the implications of so much information being generated constantly? Even if people were being watched all the time, you can't even make sense of it... it makes me wonder how leaders can make decisions or how they could maintain control over much of anything. They could only get summaries and make guesses about certain things.

That was from however many years ago. No one can read all the texts, see all the pictures, watch all the videos... a few content creators alone can generate more video footage than one person can keep up with as a consumer.

Let's say you run for office - they'll log in and find out that at 15 you sent a text that said "my teacher is a bitch" and it'll get leaked and you'll be cast as a misogynist who hates children and teachers.
