Devils Advocate will point out that store them in the basement could be any basement. Wish we could get eyes on. I know that one picture of a basement floated around and I believe it came from CP's social media pics at one point. We managed to lose just about everything when moving to the latest Zorin OS, so I'm no help right now.

If I recall, not sure it was under Comet. I checked the Voat archives for posts about 'Alefantis basement'. It would seem he also owns Buck's Fishing and Camping, an adjacent restaurant, that does have a basement.

the basement was in Buck's, correct.

However, this point of debate is completely IRRELEVANT, imho.
