He's setting himself up as a war time POTUS, and a big reason is to cancel the election. Do that and it'll wake up a lot of people. Declare conservatives the enemy and it wakes more people up. At that point he officially becomes EVERYTHING the left screamed Trump would be. That would wake up a lot, and I mean a LOT of people.
