Last I was there the legalise drugs thing was not looking good, junkies everywhere. It looked like all of Europe's drug users lined up on the streets of Lisbon. I saw some heavy things...

I was sat in a Irish bar on the waterfront in Lisbon every third person that passed me tried to sell me cocaine or weed. They were all foreigners as well. They were friendly as they want your money but when the police do nothing about it it is legal.
