Not always. AI is getting better and I've seen plenty now that got the hands fine.

As for the hands being screwed up, the hands are definitely messed up in this photo. George's fingers are crossed in a weird way. The photo has been analyzed and has 8-10 glitches. I'd say it's mostly likely AI.
