It appears we are “sharing title” or they have split the title into allodial title (land patent) and equitable title (deed for use only per reclassification as “real property” and forced registration by Title Company with County Recorder as “County Corporation Asset”). Note that County/State Corp pulls the license of any Title Company that refuses to comply with the compelled fraud.
Basically, THEY are holding the land in trust instead of us, but someone is going to hold the land in trust it seems like?
