Yeah, but fuck their doctrine beliefs and anything else they stand for.
I'm just saying that someone could absolutely want to be a predator on children for example yet its a secret they keep in their head... So, even though it means a child being in harms way which none should go through that - if they turn it into action, the darkness is brought to light and they can be punished for being that kind of person who would commit such acts.
