This quote is a bit of a concern.
The order allows for the possibility that prosecutors, led by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, may return to the grand jury to seek a new indictment on the dismissed charges.
Sounds like the judge is saying Fati can bring the indictments back if she wants.
I think we will know if this is good or bad based on the left's reaction to it.
Returning to the GJ is not an option for them. It will push this case well beyond usefulness for the death cult. So these 6 charges are off the board.
This is just more bad news for the prosecution. Before the Judge has even made a ruling concerning Fani, these 6 charges are gone by what the article implies is diversity hire lawyering.
One of the things I was pointing out is that the judge appears to be dismissing the charges but saying they can press the same charges again. This is different than simply throwing out the charges and being done with it.
