It kinda reminds me of the CARES Act.

I'm a slow reader, as I have mentioned before. Am skeptical about the speed of process on this. Am skeptical about the summary. Am now proceeding with the reading of all three versions of the text and I am pretty sure it will take me longer than the 40 minutes that they debated this. One week from bill submission to vote is insufficient to give my rep input about it anyway. So, my input is prolly gonna be just to gripe about it.
