You have to go after and expose the third parties the meat packers are using to shield themselves from knowledge of whether or not these illegals have fake documentation, etc. Tyson and other corps will say: “Well, so-and-so does the vetting and they were hired to comply with the law.”

Also, it is likely that the illegals are probably contract employees not directly hired by Tyson to reduce Tyson liability. They are definitely playing games and getting their lawyers to walk a fine line. Clearly intent is to avoid following the law.
