Lots of indicators that his one term was an exposure and reset operation to prep for Reagan just like Biden single term is exposure and reset for Trump II. However, no obvious COG action or split of POTUS/CIC under Carter, but it is possible since 1976 election clearly rigged just like 2020. It is possible that Ford was actually CIC 1977-1981.

Watergate was a coup and psyop. Ford likely controlled by good guys with leverage due to his involvement in JFK coverup (fake investigation led by Dulles prior to his 1969 tribunal). Most of Nixon admin (protected by Ford) resumed immediately under Reagan. This is why they tried to take him out as well.

Best example is AT&T Antitrust and breakup started by Nixon. AT&T was being used by CIA illegally for surveillance and is why it got dismantled on 01JAN1984, note the Orwellian date.
