Nice dig on this drug. It appears to me that there are many natural cures for cancer. I have researched and documented 7 now. There may not be a need for Big Pharma anti-cancer drug except for extreme cases of cancer like Stage4 where the immune system might be too far gone. However, forcing Big Pharma to disclose the existence of these cures via "new drugs" might be part of an organized effort to get them out into the public and shutdown the "There is no cure for cancer" narrative which is clearly false.

Relative to Carter, it is possible he was being used by Big Pharma to grift off "new drug cancer cures" specifically for Pancreatic Cancer. But if they actually work, this might be a good thing, imo, even if they are making ridiculous money doing it. It could also be a counter to keep a cabal player alive once whitehats have forced "public diagnosis of cancer" to provide cover for when that person needs to be removed from the chessboard.

Also note that some vaccine tech, i.e. smallpox vaccine of late 1970s may have been co-opted by whitehats to take away the smallpox weapon which the cabal has been using against us for nearly 600 years. It is possible that batches of "smallpox vaccine" in 1970s had an early version of Ivermectin or HCQ mixed into some of the batches in order to accelerate the mini-awakening of 1977-1985. Something similar may have been done with some batches of the Covid-19 vaccine in order to accelerate the current Great Awakening.
