Guess he knows now who his friends are. All insurance companies are controlled or are controlledby Blackrock /Vanguard. They have been threatened to not put up the bond is my guess. Perhaps this is part of the plan. He will then win on appeal, demand repayment and totally annihilate NY and Princess Letitia James. They will all be toast. He will own NY!
