Apparently this was a rumour that got out of hand.

However, u/catsfive, I think we are getting comms regarding Catherine, The Princess of Wales ("Kate")

So far we've gotten three poorly faked photos, a fake note, and a blurry fake video obviously done with one of her doubles (probably Gabriella Munro, who has the very pointed chin that Kate does not have.)

Over and over again, I'm seeing the same message from someone:
