In the video, aren't those other diners supposed to recognize prince wm and Kate as they walk by? The diners don't even blink an eye when the #2 man in the country and his entourage (and the most 'looked for' woman in the country right now) are strolling by.
It’s on the Windsor estate and the people are possibly all used to seeing them out and about apparently- plus a lot of the customers work in the royal household and may live in grace and favour accommodation so they’re not going to make too much of a fuss.
Perhaps - I am projecting my own behavior on things. If I saw Lloyd Austin in a public setting during those two weeks he had disappeared, I would probably snap a photo or two. Or else stare to make certain to myself it was him. Also, the person filming these two was set up in a perfect spot for this - apparently s/he was the only one in the whole area with a working camera as well. Probably nothing.
