So, I actually agree with this judge. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say the Bill of Rights ONLY extends to U.S. Citizens. It explicitly says all men are created equal in the eyes of God and under U.S. law. I'm fine with anyone carrying a gun anywhere in this country. Once you start limiting rights to one group of people, you end up having your own rights limited or eliminated in due time.
The problem isn't gun owning illegals. I know plenty of illegals here in FL, and with the exception of coming here illegally, they aren't a threat. The problem is the failure of our duly elected reps to uphold, support, and defend the US Constitution and her people from ALL ENEMIES, BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC and to bear true faith and allegiance to the same. I can't blame them for coming here wanting to create a better and safer life for themsepves and their families. The issue isn't the open borders we have, either. It's the refusal to properly vette every single person immigrating here. The problem is having BOTH halves of the uniParty complicit in bringing them here thru funding high jinks and manipulation of the immigration laws we already have. The problem is continuing to allow th se asshats to do with hatbtheuve been doing while WE, THE PEOPLE sit idly by waiting for a very, very small group of people to come and save us.
Gun limitations, ammo limitations, hardware limitations, and the limitations on what style of firearm The People can own is unconstitutional and inconsistent with how this county was founded.
Instead of continuing to come here to the echo chamber to proclaim our unhappiness, we NEED to be hitting the he streets in numbers so massive that even [they] will begin to question [their] motives and plans.
I'm sorry (not really) BUT UNTIL WE PROTEST IN THE TENS OR EVEN HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS AND SHUT DOWN WHOLE INDUSTRIES ACROSS ALL 50 STATES, THIS FUCKED UP MESS WILL CONTINUE.
In regards to your first paragraph...the Bill of Rights was written explicitly for the people of the United States of America since it would have no jurisdiction in any other country and would be a very asinine thing to do - sit around and write laws and rights for countries which are not yours.
This guy is not a person of the United States but is a person of another country. Our laws do not apply to him because he should not be here in the first place. So he should be arrested, thrown in prison and killed or deported based on why he came and why he entered illegally. No rights, no trials, gone. Don't let their lack of consequences slip through your sharp mind.
I do agree with the rest of what you said and I think that culmination may be soon, whether it is headed by Trump or because of Trump. Hopefully it's by if it's because...they made him a martyr. Pray for him and his family.
