THEIR PROPERTY! THOSE RULES ARE FOR VOLUNTEERS WORKING THE POLLING STATIONS TO BE 100 FT FROM THE VOTERS. IF YOUR PROPERTY IS WITHIN 100 FT IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU CAN PUT WHATEVER YOU WANT ON YOUR FENCE
