I don't think smart people like to talk to dumb people. It builds up inside like an anxiety attack waiting to explode. He probably picked up on Elon's body language but did not understand what was causing it.
You are absolutely right. The smart one's know when there being trolled by the idiots. And they know when they're being gaslit by an asshat operative, too. Musk's intelligence level is in a whole different realm. It's hard enough for him to try to communicate with anyone he meets, as he's multiple levels ahead and is always by far the smartest person in the room. Being on "the spectrum" isn't easy, either.
Lemon's of the ilk that believ s everyone owes him some sort of compensation for just breathing, so this isn't surprising. It's very telling of the man seeing him meltdown like he is.
