Some have commented on here, 2018 or 2019; I've heard it before but have no sauce....probably because POTUS is staying in the background and the majority of the people are clueless about most everything.
Trump (aka The President) does not repeal laws unless Congress has passed a law to repeal the previous law. Then the President can sign the new law into effect.
For all we know SCOTUS held a private session and declared that law unConstitutional (which it blatantly is) and kept that secret so that the machine could devour itself.
