DWAC Merger Question

I read a comment on a post today that DWAC is going to merge next Monday the 25th if the vote passes.

Can anyone confirm this or tell me where to find it? I've been trying to confirm and I am unable to all I see is talk about the vote on the 22nd.

I have 1200 regular shares and if I can confirm it will merge Monday I will buy a lot more but I have been unable to find this information.

Can anyone find this?

Assuming the shareholders vote to merge. Which I voted in favor for all resolutions.

I can't imagine a shareholder voting any other way, of course I voted for the merger.
