The context of Schumers comment, was that he was replying to what Trump had said, which was
Trump was asked on a podcast hosted by his former White House aide Sebastian Gorka about criticism from the Biden administration and Schumer’s comments criticizing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
“I actually think they hate Israel,” Trump said in the interview, which aired Monday. “I don’t think they hate him, I think they hate Israel. And the Democrat Party hates Israel.”
Now obviously the upper ranks of Democrats (like Schumer) are 100% pro-Israel,
But the rank and file Democrats, absolutely do hate Israel.
And justifiably so, i might add.
Israel is nothing but a terrorist organization masquarading as an illegitimate nation, and everyone knows it!
We don’t need dual citizens in our government.

Even dual-citizens working giving out driver's licenses seems iffy if there are true citizen who are capable and unemployed.
But dual citizen at the highest levels of government and government agencies is so wrong. Other countries should stop recognizing such a government as legitimate.
