Not blameless. The DOJ has a warrant for his arrest.

But a warrant is not a reason to be able to win millions in a lawsuit. He knowingly took possession of highly classified documents. He knew the risks. Arrest is one of those risks. He will get his day in court, if he wants it, if he is extradited.
