How will she administer the property? She'd likely have to hire the Trump organization to manage tenants, maintenance, services, etc. At which point they can name their price for doing so.

Be even funnier if the Trump organization refuses to do so. Then what would NYC do?

She'll have fun paying the property taxes when they come due.
