Inadequate medical procedure claims did not meet bar for suit
Federal government submitted statement supporting dismissal
Whistleblower claims that Pfizer defrauded the government while developing its Covid-19 vaccine have been dismissed with prejudice in Texas.
Brook Jackson, who worked as a regional director at testing sites by Pfizer contractor Ventavia, alleged several protocol violations that could have led the Food and Drug Administration to discontinue the trial. Ventavia fired Jackson shortly after she called the FDA.
The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas rejected claims that Pfizer and contractors filed false or implied false certifications based on Jackson’s testimony
Government knew about allegations for years and authorized Pfizer’s vaccines regardless, Ventavia said
Because once ACTIONS are taken against people and they know that they won't get away with it anymore.
