Sounds to me like NY State is flat broke, owes shit tons of money in interest payments, AG James knows this, and so they're trying to "get Trump" and force him to pay the full amount up front so [they] can pad NY's pocket books. Also, with the new news coming out about James and her dealings with that "Irish" club and a major investor looking to recoup his losses, looks like she's trying to cover up her own duplicitous behavior.
