The NY State Appellate Court told James to retract her letter arguing for Trump to either secure a bond or have his property seized by the state. Her filing of the letter to the court was unprecedented and lacked standing unless the court requests such input.

I have a feeling they are going to help Trump here. NY’s appellate court is a State Court not a city court. Those judges have been there a long time and they do not play games. James is already over reaching. They are definitely not going to let her get away with that.
This is also why that corrupt judge Erogon filed a motion today that Trump has to show how he tried to secure the bond. (Jones) They are over zealous evil people. I suspect the NY State Court of Appeals knows this.
