At the time there were no such thing, the table of nations in Genesis 10 & 11 makes no such distinction between the three sons of Noah. Indeed the Genesis 14:13 reference I provided specifically says Abraham is a Hebrew.
Jacob was just Jacob until he returned from Syria and fought with God - Genesis 32 - when God renamed him Israel.
Abraham had other sons with Hagar & Keturah who are not in the line of Jacob/Israel.
When Jacob went into Egypt they were only 70 people - not a nation as such until 430 years later when they left as 600,000 men plus families that they then became a nation.
Abraham was a Gentile who was chosen by God to be the ancestor of the Jewish people.
He is also the ancestors of the Muslim people through ismael. Smh
