Henry Kissinger was one of the US empire's proudest, most prolifically murderous foot soldiers.
On November 29, 2023, former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger,” died at 100.
Kissinger was responsible for an estimated 3 to 4 million deaths, according to one historian, and millions of human rights violations across a long list of nations. Yale historian Greg Grandin listed them in his obituary of Kissinger for The Nation: “Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, East Timor, Bangladesh, against the Kurds, in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Cyprus, among other places.”
Born in Germany in 1923 to Orthodox Jewish parents, the boy back then known as Heinz Alfred Kissinger spent his formative years living under Nazi rule.
It was August 1938 – not long before Kristallnacht and as Adolf Hitler’s reign continued to grow – when the 15 year old Kissinger and his family fled from Germany to New York City.

The Nobel Peace Prize 1973 was awarded jointly to Henry A. Kissinger and Le Duc Tho "for jointly having negotiated a cease fire in Vietnam in 1973".
Le Duc Tho declined the Nobel Peace Prize.
