That's a small fraction of the number of people smoking weed everywhere. I think that there should be no public smoking of it. I'm all for people doing what they want to themselves in the privacy of their own homes, but when they get out in public, they either become VERY annoying with the stench, or may cause a danger to people if they are driving.
It's just public smoking of it, and impaired driving that is the issue; no problem with people eating it, smoking it, or however they want it, if it's in their own home.
Only if they are smoking far enough away such that the smoke is not noticeable. There is almost nothing more annoying than to be outside somewhere, enjoying the fresh air, and then have some kind of smoke (cigarette, cigar, pot) drifting into your personal space. Smoking is one of the most ridiculous activities a human can partake in; breathing in fine particulate matter on purpose! What is funny is that there are a lot of nicotine cigarette smokers who try to convince themselves that they smoke to relax, when in actuality, they are smoking to relieve withdrawal symptoms! Yes, it seems like smoking is relaxing, but it is only bringing the smoker to a condition that would be experienced if they had never smoked before! This same phenomena happens with most addictive substances; heroin probably being the best example. Now you can get angry at me for reporting this truth to you, or you can wake up, which is what this website is all about.

I don't think plants should be regulated

under testing, "high" drivers are safer than sober ones.
