Where does the cocept of blind justice come from? If it is because justice must be blind to the persons statis, name, position, title etc GREAT
BUT if it is that justice only considers what is set before it and does not pursue facts and truth to the fullest extent, like ones past criminal activity, etc than not good.
All are equal under the Law....Codes and Policy not so much
It will have to be military justice because our civil justice system is irredeemable and needs to be prosecuted.
I have a different imagine in mind based on the last 5 years and it's more akin to "Pin the tail on the donkey", except Lady Justice never got spun around and instead got pointed straight at Trump while the Biden crime family and a gaggle of corrupt prosecutors are all arranged in a 360 arc around Trump.
