I have NEVER as a property owner gave a value to any tax authority. They tell me what my property is worth.

Do you own multi million dollar commercial real estate, including rental properties?

Or are you basing your comments based on taxes you pay on single family homes you purchased?

Do you think they do tax assessments the same for each?

I'm not pulling this info out of my ass. You can go look up the information yourself on it. NY has websites all about tax codes on property. Have you done that yet? No? Why not?

Or are you basing your comments solely on your personal experience?

Well holy shit. Get your boss on the line NOW and have him contact Trump's lawyers ASAP.

You realize I'm not just making this stuff up as I go, right? This is information that's in the trial records themselves.

I mean, seriously. This is what the entire trial was about.

Yet nowhere did Trump's lawyers say "Excuse me judge, this is not how tax assessments are done."

Why not? It would have ended the entire trial right there.
